Patricia Peterson, CHCP, Senior Vice President, Educational Planning Management
During an industry career that spans more than 20 years, Ms. Peterson has developed numerous successful educational strategies for continuing medical education programs in more than a dozen therapeutic areas. A key strategic leader at Projects In Knowledge since 1989, Ms. Peterson is directly involved in the conception, design, development, and delivery of educational programs for physicians and other medical professionals.
Ms. Peterson has worked tirelessly to cultivate long-standing relationships with faculty and other prominent experts within the context of Projects In Knowledge's educational initiatives, and has been responsible for building new partnerships and collaborations with groups such as the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases (AASLD), and the Endocrine Society. She is also highly involved in the company's educational outcomes measurement process, evaluating and monitoring practice changes that clinicians ultimately implement after participating in Projects In Knowledge's CME/CE activities.
A member of the National Association of Medical Education Companies (NAMEC) and the Alliance for CME, Ms. Peterson is also actively involved in the Healthcare Business Women's Association (HBWA). She holds a bachelor's degree in the social sciences and began her career in healthcare sales and marketing.
